I can't login to my account

Do I have to create an account or can I just checkout as a guest?

To better serve you, we require customers to create an account. By creating a customer account you can save your cart, and wishlists products and place orders quickly and easily without having to re-enter your information. You can also view your order history and submit returns

How do you use the information I provide when I create an account?

Intimates Egypt never sells or shares any information about you with any third party. Any
information you provide to us is kept strictly confidential and is used only by us to serve you.
Since we use payment processors we also do not have access to any of your financial information such as your credit/debit card number and we also do not store any of your financial information on our end.  For more details, please read our Privacy Policy

How do I place an order?

To place an order please add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart. You can do
this by selecting the size or color of the item (if applicable) and clicking 'Add to Cart' on the
product page. Once you've added all your items, click 'Checkout' to go through the checkout
process. You will be asked to enter your address and payment information during checkout. For
assistance with placing an order please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.

Is it safe to shop on your site?

We take every precaution to protect our users' information. Customers can rest assured that any
personal information entered on our site is secured and encrypted. Our entire site (all pages) are
secured using strong SSL encryption with the latest encryption standards. While on our site, you
will see a lock icon next to the address bar of most Web browsers - this identifies the security
status of our site.

I placed an order but haven't received an order confirmation

An order confirmation is emailed immediately after you place a successful order. Usually if you
don't see your order confirmation in your inbox it has gone to your spam folder. Please check
your spam folder and mark the email as safe so you don't miss your tracking information when
your order ships. If you still can't find the order confirmation please don't hesitate to contact us
for assistance

How do I cancel or change an order?

You may be able to cancel or change your order if it still has a pending or processing status.
Please contact our Customer Service Team here or by replying to your order confirmation. We
will do our best to make the changes you request. Unfortunately, if your order has already been
shipped we are no longer able to make changes or cancel it.

Do you carry all sizes of underwear?

We aim to carry a wide variety of sizing to accommodate different heights and body sizes.
Most of our underwear are available in sizes S to L but we might also carry other sizes in selected styles.

How can I make sure the item will fit me perfectly before I order it?

If you are unsure about your size - don't guess! Please contact our Customer Service Team with
your measurements and we will advise you on which size to order. We would hate for you to be
disappointed by ordering a size that doesn't fit the way you want it to.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The delivery times are listed during checkout to give you an idea of when you should receive your package. If you have any questions about your shipment please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Tracking is not included on all shipments.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business (working) days and you will receive an email
once your order ships.

Will I be charged customs, duty fees, or taxes on delivery?

Returns

Can I return my item?

You are welcome to return your purchase within 14 days from when your order was shipped.
Items may be returned for an exchange or refund and all returned items must still be in brand
new, unwashed and unworn condition with the original tags still attached. Clearance and factory
seconds items are final sale and may not be returned.

Conditions for Returns
 All items being returned must still be in brand new, unwashed, unworn, and un-perfumed
condition with original tags still attached.
 The return must be received within 30 days of the date the order was shipped in order for
a refund to be processed. Returns that are received after the 30-day period will only be
eligible for an exchange or store credit.
 All items purchased on clearance are final sale.  Returns will not be accepted on
clearance items.
 We do not issue refunds on items that have been worn, damaged or altered by the
customer. If we receive any returns that have signs of wear or are damaged/altered, the
return will not be processed.
How to Return
 Log in to your account and select 'Order History and Details'.
 Select the order that has the item(s) you would like to return.  The order details will
appear at the bottom of the page.

Do you take custom orders?

We can't accommodate custom orders at this time but we are constantly adding new styles so
please let us know what you're looking for and it may be something we design in the future.

How do I wash my clothing?

Proper care of your clothing is essential to ensuring it stays in excellent shape. Please see
