Job Description

  • Ability to research design and creative solutions across markets and that adheres to our brand style guides.
  • Attending creative meetings and assisting in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects and creating mood boards.
  • Research market trends relevant to campaign subject matter.
  • Create designs and manage creative social media campaigns.
  • Supervise all design projects and oversees junior designers to ensure high-quality.
  • Product/video shoot when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expert Designer with knowledge of design techniques and latest trends.
  • Fluent English with excellent writing, editing and research skills.
  • Digital portfolio that showcases examples of previous work that meet the above criteria.

Intimates Egypt is looking for a professional Creative Director who will be responsible for leading our creative team of designers, content creators, photographers and videographers through the creative process, while overseeing the planning, development and execution for our organization’s digital marketing initiatives. (Full-time)

Job Description

  • Directing the creative efforts of design and social media functions including all members of design teams, content creators and digital marketing specialists.
  • Planning, creating and executing all activities & initiatives across our different channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage short & long-term content calendar for Intimates Egypt to ensure consistent and timely engagement with our audience.
  • Managing and analyzing our campaigns’ monthly performance and generating insightful reports that will help improve the decision-making process.
  • Monitoring new industry trends, competition and market best practices to keep Intimates Egypt up to date and in a leading position with competitors.
  • Have an artistic eye in reviewing and approving designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by our content creators team that matches Intimates's brand identity.
  • Managing and developing the team through proper direction and performance appraisals.
  • Make forecasts about budget needs for future periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with digital agencies is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a content creator is a must.
  • Mastery of the Adobe creative suite.
  • Photography and videography skills are preferred.
  • Artistic skills, creative aesthetics that aligns with Intimates’s brand identity.
  • A strong leader with relationship management skills.
